The BOYA BY-V01 is a stereo X/Y condenser microphone, this microphone offers more control over the audio than the internal microphones on DSLR cameras, camcorders or digital recorders. A switch for 90-degree or 120-degree shooting patterns allows you to adjust the directivity of the microphone. Compact and lightweight, the BY-V01 attaches to your camcorder's shoe mount and connects directly to the microphone input of your camcorder or handheld recorder for crisp, clear stereo audio capture. The included windscreen reduces not only ambient noise, but also lens and camera operational noises, such as autofocus movement.
